Welcome to Psalm Haven. These terms explain how purchases from psalmhaven.com work and the conditions for using our website. Please read them before placing an order and keep a copy for your records.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. When you purchase from Psalm Haven, your sales contract is with Deal Core Limited.

2. Our products

We sell physical decorative audio magnets featuring recorded Bible readings in English.

Please check the individual product page for the included recordings, specifications, contents and operating instructions before purchasing. Any sample recording is an excerpt unless expressly described as the complete recording.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. This does not affect our responsibility to supply goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Use products in accordance with the instructions supplied.

3. Placing an order

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and review your order before submitting it. You must be authorised to use your chosen payment method.

After checkout, we send an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order, and the formation of the sales contract, takes place when we send that confirmation.

If you notice an error in your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to make the requested change, although this may not be possible once dispatch is underway. Your cancellation rights remain unaffected.

If an unexpected stock or fulfilment issue prevents us from supplying an item, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. Any payment for goods we cannot supply will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP). Delivery charges and the total payable are shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment is collected at checkout using an available payment method.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an order already accepted. If we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Any promotional conditions, including eligibility, expiry dates and whether offers can be combined, will be stated with the offer.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, with orders dispatched from our UK stock.

Our standard delivery charges are:

• Orders below £30: £3.

• Orders of £30 or more: Free standard delivery.

The threshold is based on the value of the goods after discounts, excluding delivery charges.

The delivery estimate is shown at checkout. We will inform you if we become aware of a significant delay. Unless we agree a different period with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of your order.

If delivery is late, missing or unsuccessful, contact us so we can investigate and explain the available options, including any right to cancel and receive a refund.

Goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate to receive them, other than the carrier we arrange.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

For online purchases, you generally have 14 days after the day of delivery to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to send the goods back.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. Different arrangements apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

7. Accounts and website use

If you use a customer account, keep your sign-in information and verification codes secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service. This will not remove your rights relating to an existing order.

8. Website content and intellectual property

The website’s branding, photographs, artwork, recordings and other protected content belong to their respective owners.

You may browse the website and keep copies of information relating to your purchases for personal use. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its artwork or recordings.

Commercial copying, redistribution or exploitation of protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

9. Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. Optional cookies and marketing choices are managed separately; accepting these terms does not itself provide consent to optional tracking or marketing.

External websites and services linked from our store may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their inclusion does not change our obligations to you as the seller.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our products are offered for personal and domestic use. If you wish to purchase for resale or another business purpose, please contact us before ordering.

If an event outside our reasonable control affects an order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. Your applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available.

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution. You remain free to seek independent advice or exercise your legal rights.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws applicable where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you place your order applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as legally possible.
