This policy applies to purchases from psalmhaven.com, operated by Deal Core Limited, company number 16199958.

Changing your mind

You may cancel your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives your goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, this period runs from receipt of the last item.

Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by email or post. Please include your name and order number, if available. You must then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

You do not need to wait for our approval to exercise your right to cancel.

Include your order number or another way for us to identify your purchase. Please pack the items securely, with any supplied accessories, and use the original packaging where possible.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage cost. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

You may inspect and try the product as you reasonably would in a shop. If handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and function reduces its value, we may make a proportionate deduction where permitted by law. We do not charge a cancellation or restocking fee.

Refunds following cancellation

For a full-order cancellation, we refund the amount paid for the goods and any original standard delivery charge. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable under change-of-mind cancellation.

We issue the refund to your original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

We refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If no goods were supplied, we refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact psalmhaven.uk@gmail.com if your item arrives damaged, does not work properly or is different from what you ordered. Include your order details and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video can help us understand the problem where practical.

For goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, UK consumer law generally gives you a short-term right to reject them within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund.

After that period, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement and, in appropriate circumstances, a price reduction or refund. Your rights do not end after 30 days.

We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Contact us so we can arrange a suitable return method.

Changes before dispatch

If you need to cancel or change an order before dispatch, email us as soon as possible. We will try to help, although an order already being processed may not be changeable.

If the order has already been dispatched, your applicable cancellation and return rights still apply.

Exchanges

For a change-of-mind exchange, contact us first. We can help arrange a return and a separate purchase of your preferred item, subject to availability.

This does not affect your right to a replacement for faulty goods where applicable.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. These rights also apply to discounted goods.
